Advice from Actors
We asked for advice from of our favourite actors about what they do before they go onstage. We thought it might help on your festival day. Do professional actors still get nervous? You bet they do......
Natalie is playing the lead role "Jess" in Bend it like Beckham in the West End. She's played Juliet in Romeo and Juliet for the National Theatre, as well as Ophelia in Hamlet and Olivia in Twelfth Night for other theatres
Jamie has done three seasons at The Globe Theatre, he played Prince Hal in Henry IV parts 1 and 2. He is also going to be the new Harry Potter on stage in the West End!
Hugh is one of our Patrons, he's done lots and lots of Shakespeare- Hugh came to see the festivals last year and was really impressed!. Have a look at our Patrons page to see which Shakesperian roles he's played.
Billie is our Patron as well. When she was younger she was a pop star and has gone on to be an amazing actress. She's just finished a role at the National Theatre and is filming a TV series. Have a look on the patrons page to see what else she's done.
Adrian has played Henry V and Othello at the National Theatre. He's done loads of TV and Film, and was kind enough to help us with our documentary film
