Brutus has read all the letters that he thinks are from Roman citizens, he has a meeting with Cassius and the conspirators. Julius Caesar has had a sleepless night as well. Caesar's wife Calpurnia has been having terrible nightmares! She tries to get him to stay at home. A storm rages over Rome.....
